Monroe County Opportunity Program (MCOP) has utility assistance available for residents of Monroe, Washtenaw, Jackson, Hillsdale and Lenawee Counties to help pay for Electrical, Natural Gas, and Deliverable Fuel costs.
You may be eligible if you:
- Have been approved for State Emergency Relief (SER) at MDHHS and you have a copayment.
- Already received SER utility assistance from MDHHS since Oct.1, 2020 and need more help
