A high school teacher that wears many hats was chosen by the Monroe News staff as their most recent Educator of the Month!

Schools were ranked on six factors including their performance on state assessments, how well they prepare students for college, and graduation rates.

Our Food Service Department is offering meals for pick up on April 1st to get families through Spring Break. Reserve by March 25th.

Food pickups on Mondays: Dec. 21st, Dec. 28th, and Jan. 4. Thursday pickups to resume Jan. 7th.

Two Board of Education members, Mike Smith and Ron Koch, are departing at the end of the year.

To ensure all youth up to age 18 have access to healthy meals during Holiday Break, the Monroe Family YMCA is distributing FREE Blessing Bags to include breakfast, supper and a snack.

Christmas Basket Applications can be picked up at the Bedford Public Library ONLY through Dec. 11th at noon.
