2.  The student exhibits a pattern of strengths and weaknesses in performance, achievement or both, relative to age, State approved grade-level standards, or intellectual development, that is determined by the Multifactored Evaluation Team to be relevant to the identification of a Specific Learning Disability, using appropriate assessments, consistent with the IDEA Evaluation Procedures and Additional Requirements for Evaluations and Reevaluations.

ACT
Last Spring, the juniors took the SAT for the first time. (Previously, the juniors took the ACT test.) Our juniors averaged 1010.4 while the rest of the state was at 1001.

2016 SAT results graphic

As with any summative standardized test, this is one snapshot of how our students perform. We use data generated by these tests, in conjunction with other student assessment data gathered throughout the year, to look for ways to improve. Bedford's Balanced Assessment Team and school improvement efforts continuously focus on ways to improve the education for each of our students.
