October 16:  Mid-Level String Clinic at BJHS-  8:30am to 3pm (9th Grade only)

October 26:  JH/SH Orchestras Fall Harvest Collage Concert (Orchestras, solos, ensembles) 7pm, High School Auditorium

October 30 or 31:  MSBOA All-State Orchestra/Band auditions

November 27 or 28:  Holiday Strings at Matthes Tree Farm (time TBA) (optional)

December 11:  Chamber Orchestra performs at Mall of Monroe, 6pm

December 21:  Winter Orchestra Concert, 7pm SH Auditorium

January 16:  Senior High Solo & Ensemble Festival (optional, times scheduled)

March 17-19:  District Orchestra Festival (date and time TBA)

April 19:  All-District Strings Day VII , 7pm BHS Gym

May 5-7:  State Orchestra Festival (date and time TBA)

May 25 or 26:  Senior High Orchestra Spring Concert (only one date per group), 7:30pm SHS Auditorium

Please note the above dates and times will be updated and some may be added or deleted throughout the school year.  I will be emailing reminders as events come close.  Please make sure I have your email address on file.  You can send me an email with your name and student’s group (seventh or eighth grade orchestra in the subject line).
